I treat various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, mood disorder, insomnia, PTSD, OCD, Bipolar etc. I come from a family of many medical professionals. I will listen to you and come up with a treatment plan to help you get better. We will also focus on other aspects of your life that may impact your mental health. Whatever the situation or circumstances, you should never feel alone. I assist by providing support and promoting healing. I provide supportive psychotherapy and focus on your strengths in treatment. I utilize a holistic and evidence-based approach in treating the mental health needs of my clients. I provide compassionate, and culturally sensitive care. I encourage my clients to be open about their mental health struggles. My sessions are a safe space to speak your truth and begin a journey of healing and health. Your truth is your truth.
