I am a Yale- and University of Maryland/Sheppard Pratt–trained, double board-certified psychiatrist in adult and addiction psychiatry. I specialize in helping students and professionals navigate anxiety, burnout, mood changes, and chronic stress. Many of the people I work with are high-achieving but feel disconnected, mentally drained, or stuck in survival mode. They’re looking for clarity, relief, and care that is thoughtful, holistic, and grounded in what truly works.

My approach is thoughtful, evidence based, and rooted in respect. That means I listen first, look at the full picture—your mind, body, habits, stress—and work with you to find what helps. Whether you’re dealing with mood shifts, trouble focusing, or chronic stress, we’ll come up with a plan that fits.

I provide personalized medication management when needed, and may include lifestyle changes, mindfulness, or supplements if that feels right for you.
