I have experience in treating difficult symptoms related to personality, mood, thoughts, trauma, anxiety, OCD, neurocognition, and autism, as well as working with people in recovery. As a doctorally prepared, licensed, and board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I have an expert knowledge of psychotropic medications, and provide supportive psychotherapy within a bio-psycho-social and holistic framework. I take a conservative approach to prescribing and believe that lifestyle and community are primary sources of wellness.
