PLEASE FILL OUT THE INTAKE FORM AT............ https://www.newenglandpsychiatry.org/intake Dr. Gomes has been a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since June of 2018 and has worked in various settings consisting of seasonal, residential, outpatient, inpatient, and government facilities. She treats psychiatric patients across the lifespan with complex mood and anxiety disorders, comorbid substance use disorders, dual diagnosis, and PTSD.
Dr. Gomes places emphasis on treating the whole person by incorporating a holistic approach to treatment with psychopharmacology. She shares a passion for global public health and disaster medicine, which assists her in treating a diverse clientele. Dr. Gomes currently works as a PMHNP in the Clinical Evaluation Center at the prestigious McLean Hospital.
Dr. Gomes attended Regis College to receive her 2nd bachelor's (BSN) in 2017, graduating with honors. She received a MSN as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2018, graduating with honors. While practicing as a PMHNP on the North Shore, she continued her education to pursue a DNP with a focus on provider burnout at MGHIHP graduating in 2020.
