I am a doctoral-prepared nurse practitioner with dual board certification: Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certificate. I have over 23 years of extensive nursing experience in critical care, behavioral health, and addiction. As a Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner I specialize in generalized anxiety disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Insomnia, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and other mental health disorders.
On our first session, we will briefly acquaint ourselves with each other and undergo a brief introduction. Then I will listen attentively to the struggles that you are encountering to design a personalized plan of care through collaboration with you.
My greatest strengths as a provider are my extensive in and out field experience helping my patients with their mental health.
