Currently, I offer virtual visits only. At every visit, Ugonna provides individualized therapy tailored to your specific treatment goals.
Our initial appointment comprises getting a comprehensive history from you, evaluating your current stressors, and discussing treatment options based on your goals of treatment. Our fellow up appointment will focus on reviewing treatment progress and making necessary adjustments for the client to reach their specific therapeutic goals.
Together, we will evaluate emotional, physical, environmental, spiritual, cultural, and rational dimension of your life. Then, we will work as a team to determine the best treatment options for you.
