I am a doctorally-prepared psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides diagnostic services, medication management, and psychotherapy to individuals from 9 years old to older adults via telehealth in Texas, Washington, and Arizona. I utilize evidence-based practice and patient preferences to provide all my patients with the best care possible. I have more than 7 years of extensive psychiatric experience in various settings. Currently, I offer virtual visits only. At every visit, Ugonna provides individualized therapy tailored to your specific treatment goals.
Our initial appointment comprises getting a comprehensive history from you, evaluating your current stressors, and discussing treatment options based on your goals of treatment. Our follow-up appointment will focus on reviewing treatment progress and making necessary adjustments for the client to reach their specific therapeutic goals.
Together, we will evaluate the emotional, physical, environmental, spiritual, and rational dimensions of your life. Then, we will work as a team to determine the best treatment options for you.
