I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides diagnostic services, medication management and Psychotherapy to individuals from 13 years old to older adults via telehealth in Texas, Washington and Arizona. I utilize evidence based practice and patient preference to give all my patient the best care possible. I have more than 7 years extensive psychiatric experience in various setting. At this time, I am only providing virtual visits. At every visit, Ugonna provides individualized therapy that is specific and tailored to your treatment goals.
Our initial appointment comprises getting a comprehensive history from you, evaluating your current stressors, and discussing treatment options based on your goals of treatment. Our fellow up appointment will focus on reviewing treatment progress and making necessary adjustments for the client to reach their specific therapeutic goals.
Together, we will evaluate emotional, physical, environmental, spiritual, cultural, and rational dimension of your life. Then, we will work as a team to determine the best treatment options for you. I believe medication and therapy works well together than either modality. I am guaranteed to work with you to find the best fit for your mental health needs.
