I believe mental health is about more than symptom management. While medication can be an important part of treatment, I take a comprehensive approach that looks at the whole picture. Together, we explore factors that can influence emotional well-being, including sleep, nutrition, physical activity, stress, relationships, medical conditions, laboratory biomarkers, hormonal health, and even genetic factors when clinically relevant. My goal is to understand not just what symptoms you’re experiencing, but why they may be occurring in the first place
I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults and have particular interests in ADHD, anxiety, depression, men’s mental health, performance optimization, and the connection between mental and physical health. I enjoy helping patients identify barriers to wellness and develop practical, individualized strategies for lasting improvement.
My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I believe the best outcomes happen when patients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their treatment decisions.
