I am a board-certified psychiatrist, trained at Yale School of Medicine and Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency, with over 10 years of experience. I treat adults in North Carolina with a variety of difficulties including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and substance use disorders. As of 4/1/25, I am accepting new patients, with no waitlist.
I work to alleviate my patients' symptoms and help them make concrete changes in their behaviors, but I also try to look beneath the surface to facilitate deeper, longer-lasting transformation. Well-selected medications may be useful as well, but I have found that the best treatments go beyond what medications alone can accomplish.
