The mission of Sigma Mental Health Urgent Care is to improve the lives of people living with mental health disorders by providing immediate psychiatric and therapeutic services during moments of crisis as well as creating a continuity of care between our staff members and other mental health providers in the community. We also seek to provide brief psychiatric and counseling services to individuals who are currently without a mental health provider while they find a long-term practitioner who will meet their needs.

I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over ten years of clinical expertise among diverse patient populations. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, trauma, substance use disorders, and ADHD. I am experienced in treating adults, adolescents, and children.

If you are suffering from medication resistant depression, anxiety, OCD, or PTSD, a combination of talk therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) may be the answer for you. For many people, antidepressants do not fully relieve the symptoms or cause too many side effects, and it can become very difficult going through multiple medications that do not seem to work. Dr. Nadia Bening is a Psychiatrist and Certified Brain Health Coach in addition to wife and mom of 3 boys. She has over a decade of experience in the traditional psychiatric clinical setting and was Medical Director at a substance abuse rehabilitation center for the past 3 years.

Damian Ngodo has several years of experience treating mental health patients who are struggling to gain mental stability in life.

Dr. Patrice Garcia is Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who holds a Doctoral degree. She is board-certified, and state licensed in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Florida, and New York as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Ivan has experience in outpatient psychiatry treating adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, thought disorders, adjustment disorders, and personality disorders.

Sandra Bialose is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with a notable career spanning 7 years. Sandra’s practice revolves around providing exceptional care for a diverse range of disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, and insomnia.
