I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of clinical experience helping individuals navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and nurse burnout. Through compassionate, evidence-based care, I provide medication management and supportive therapy to help clients regain balance, clarity, and emotional well-being. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and support each person in healing, growing, and building a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, authentic and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting therapeutic relationship. During this telehealth visit, we will discuss what brings you to treatment, your current concerns, and any symptoms you may be experiencing.
