About
Please visit our main website for more info, including our direct email and phone number. Welcome! I enjoy helping folks who are struggling with symptoms of (1) unusual, intrusive, recurrent and highly distressing thoughts (that may or may not make any sense), (2) constant worrying and catastrophic thinking, (3) chronic and inescapable stress, or (4) intense fluctuations in mood and affect (high “highs” and low “lows”). In addition, my particular expertise is in helping adults with (what I call) the ‘just-struggling-with-this-whole-adulting-thing-in-general’ disorder. This condition is often characterized by dualities, for example:
Hyper-focusing & rabbit-holing, intelligence & inaction, passion & piss-poor planning, and constantly stressing & totally forgetting. When left untreated, this condition oftentimes also affect your self-esteem, your sense of purpose and individual achievement, as well as your overall life satisfaction, happiness, and contentment.
If anything I said spoke to you, then reach out to me so we can have a conversation about how medications may help, if at all. My goal is not to ‘zombie’ you out, but to help dial down the intensity of your pain, so that you may feel more like yourself again, not less, because living doesn’t have to be this hard. Now, how can I help? -Truc
