I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner licensed in Florida, Minnesota and Connecticut. I have been in healthcare for 36 years. I understand that everyone is different and something that may work for one doesn't necessarily work for someone else. Do you need help with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, LGBTQ+ issues, or adjusting to life after incarceration? These are a few of the things that I can help with.

I don't believe that people should be taking medications that aren't working for them. Let's find something that works.
