I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, burnout, depression, and sleep problems. In 2023 I completed my doctoral training at the University of Washington in Seattle and earned board certification that fall. I've since supported clients from diverse backgrounds with wide-ranging needs, and I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all focus. In addition to medication management and talk therapy, including ACT and CBT, I integrate complementary and alternative approaches whenever possible while highlighting opportunities for holistic change. I’m passionate about helping clients build resilience, adaptability, and self-trust. I see myself as part of your broader care team.
Our first sessions focus on reviewing your medical and mental health history while clarifying your needs, hopes, concerns, and goals. I may prescribe medication or order tests during the first visit, but this isn’t always necessary. Sometimes creating a safe, effective plan requires more conversation, and I’ll work to schedule follow-ups promptly.
