I work with individuals who experience ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, psychosis, and related challenges. These conditions can deeply impact how you think, feel, connect with others, and manage everyday life. Although each experience is different, many people struggle with similar challenges—such as regulating emotions, handling stress, staying focused or motivated, and feeling connected to themselves or the people around them. I have worked with people from all walks of life from all over the world, such as young adults, seniors, Native Americans, veterans, and LGBTQ+ individuals.
I would describe my approach to therapy as warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where you feel safe being yourself—where you don’t have to have everything figured out and where your experiences are met with understanding and respect.
I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you to better understand your experiences, identify what’s getting in the way, and build practical tools that fit your life. I move at a pace that feels right for you, honoring your strengths while also making room for growth and change.
