I am a Board Certified Family APRN, PMHNP with additional certifications as an Integrative Psychiatric Provider as well as a Psychedelic Assisted Therapist. I understand the complex variables that contribute to symptoms that lead to impairment in function and decreased quality of life. I also understand the limits of conventional medications. I seek to align individuals with treatments that aim to support and invoke the power of inner healing. After 17 years of medication management, I now focus on assessing and treating the root causes of mental illness and assist people in restoring wellness.
I utilize comprehensive testing that looks beyond the standard lab panel:
Organic Acid Testing (OAT): To assess metabolic health genetic ability to process stress and toxins.
Gut-Brain Assessments: To repair the "second brain" where the majority of your neurotransmitters.
Micronutrient Testing; evaluate your nutritional status at a cellular level
I am a licenced QMP in the state of Utah and able to prescribe medical marijuana to indivdiduals with a qualifying condition whichare within my scope of practice to treat, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I also work with clients to prepare and integrate psychedelic experiences with ketamamine and psilocybin.
