I am a trauma-informed psychiatrist and psychodynamic therapist able to centralize your mental health care in providing medication management, psychotherapy, and integrative medicine approaches all at once. I am currently accepting patients who are motivated to seek lasting change. My approach to psychiatry and psychotherapy is to aim for symptom resolution. I have extensive experience working with mood, anxiety, personality, and trauma disorders.
I provide in depth evaluations and accurate diagnosing, while also recognizing the limit of psychiatric diagnoses. A psychiatric diagnosis should be the beginning of an effort to create a shared language aimed towards healing, not a barrier. My main goal is to help you live a meaningful life and help resolve the underlying causes of psychiatric symptoms.
