I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner clinically educated in treating patients with mental health diagnoses across the lifespan. I obtained my master's degree in Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nursing from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Prior to becoming an advanced practice nurse I was the Nursing Director at the Ivy Street School in Brookline- a residential and day school specializing in treatment for adolescents aged 12-22 struggling with chronic mental health issues, behavioral dysregulation, Autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.

Ideal client is someone who desires a partner in addressing their mental health. I view the patient-doctor relationship as a shared decision making process that will facilitate an individually tailored approach to achieve optimal mental health. I use a holistic approach and consider biological, psychological, and social aspects of a client's life to determine the best treatment paradigms. I am a Harvard trained, Board Certified, Psychiatrist with a private practice in the Back Bay Area, Boston. My training includes my MD from Stanford with honors, Harvard residency training at MGH-McLean, and my certification in cognitive behavioral therapy (for anxiety, depression and PTSD) while I was faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and University of Massachusetts. My outpatient clinic was previously at Cambridge Health Alliance and I now run a boutique private practice offering personalized, attentive care and support. Narrative therapy and mindfulness training are included along with meticulous psychopharmacology.

I am Johns Hopkins-educated, LGBTQ+ positive, sex-positive, poly-, body- and kink positive, and I am pretty calm, casual, and relaxed, with some dry humor sprinkled in.
