Are you feeling overwhelmed by the process of feeling better? Are you worried about side effects of medications? I believe in a collaborative approach where you have a voice in your treatment. We work together to help you reach your goals. I believe in a multi-faceted treatment approach and you will have a say in your treatment strategy. I provide medication management services and psychotherapy to adults 18 years and older. I use a holistic approach and spend time providing education about diagnosis and treatment options.
My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska and a Master of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University. I worked as an RN on inpatient behavioral health units for 10 years and have spent the last 12 years working as a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the outpatient setting.
I offer both in person and telehealth appointments. My specialties include depression, anxiety, mood disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. I look forward to meeting with you to build a therapeutic relationship that helps you meet your goals.
