I work with clients 18 years and older, who have depression, ptsd, anxiety, bipolar, adhd. My specialized areas are bipolar, adhd, ptsd. As a veteran, I understand the military community and our combat veterans.
My therapy style is goal oriented, non-judgmental, supportive, and strength-based. I utilize numerous therapy modalities which include: dbt, cbt, mentalization, trauma focused.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, volunteering in the community, art, travel, and the outdoors. AS OF 11/1/2023: I am no longer taking new patients. I will update this profile once I have availability.
