I work with clients who have graduated high school/GED, 18 years and older; who have depression, trauma, anxiety, bipolar, adhd. My specialized areas: bipolar, adhd, ptsd/trauma. As a veteran, I understand the military community: active duty members, families, veterans and combat veterans.
I am experienced in numerous therapy modalities. I am not certified in the following: EMDR, hypnotherapy. I have been asked/accepted the role of a mentor for the American Professional Society of ADHD and Related Disorders (APSARD). Other memberships include: APNA, ANA, Neuroscience Education Institute, International Society of Bipolar Disorders and others.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, volunteering in the community, nature, art, travel, hobbies, music, reading, staying up to date on professional information, active memberships in national and international professional groups and being outdoors.
