You may look like you're handling everything on the outside while struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, panic, burnout, trauma, substance-use concerns, or simply feeling stuck. I help adolescents and young adults better understand what they're experiencing and develop a practical treatment plan to help them feel and function better.

As a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy. I take a whole-person approach, considering both mental and physical health while developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans around your needs and goals.

You do not have to have everything figured out before asking for help. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable asking questions about your care.
