As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 20 years experience in the field, I’ve had the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and in a variety of treatment settings. Specialty areas are recovery from narcissistic abuse/domestic violence, attachment styles/traumas, OCD/anxiety, depression, grief/loss, anger management, postpartum, divorce/separation, and codependency. At my private practice, Family Psychiatric Services, I provide a holistic approach, utilizing intensive therapy, nutrition, and medication management, with the goal of helping patients become medication free (as appropriate).

My unique approach involves providing holistic mental health interventions, such as nutrition and homeopathy, as an adjunct to traditional psychiatric treatments.This approach has been shown to give relief to patients that haven't responded to mainstream mental health modalities.

My philosophy is that mental health treatment should be holistic, focusing not only on the presenting symptoms, but also on exploring the hidden causes behind them.
