My practice is dedicated to guiding patients through psychological healing and growth. Patients often come to me experiencing intense psychological pain or conflicts in their life. It is natural to feel that the reasons for your anxiety or depression are complex and haven't been well understood or treated. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to understand the underlying patterns and causes of your symptoms and to be thoughtful and honest with you about how to help.
I completed psychiatry residency at the University of Michigan where I trained extensively in pharmacological and psychological treatments and evidence-based holistic approaches. My approach is rooted in deep respect and genuine curiosity towards my patients, which is critical to develop thoughtful and comprehensive treatment plans.
