I am a dual certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I have over 16 years of experience in several settings including outpatient mental health. I approach focuses on treating the whole person. I am passionate about patients helping patients improve their overall health and achieve optimal well-being. I have a clinic in Winchester TN if you would prefer in person or I can see patients online.
The first session will be an introduction and initial evaluation. My goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood and empowered. I can start medication management if there is a mutual agreement that is best.
I believe in individualized care that is also evidence based. I feel that my clients trust my medical knowledge and know that I listen closely to needs/issues. I try to stay up to date and use evidence-based practices.
