I have a B.A. in neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania and obtained my medical degree from the University of Tennessee, where I grew up. I completed my psychiatry residency at UCLA/Greater LA VA with an additional fellowship in geriatric psychiatry from UCLA.
I have trained and worked in both private and community settings. I have experience with a broad spectrum of conditions including depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, ADHD, and cognitive disorders. I also have experience practicing Emotional Awareness Experiential Therapy for the treatment of chronic pain.
