My ideal patient is a person or family motivated for change now. I offer cutting-edge treatments with intakes and followups within seven days to all of my patients. All patients have direct email, phone, and text access to my medical team. From young children to elite adult athletes with ADHD to people challenged by other behavioral health issues, I am enthusiastic and eager to help!

I typically work with clients navigating complex emotions or struggling with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, or mood disorders. Individuals from diverse backgrounds and varied ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. Their needs often include a desire for understanding, compassion, evidence-based treatments, and strategies for healing and growth. Their goals might encompass achieving stability, resilience, personal growth, and holistic well-being. They seek quality care and therapeutic relationships that resonate with their unique circumstances.

At Peak Interactive Wellness, we aren't your typical psychiatric providers. We take a humanistic and positive psychiatry approach. We make medication decisions with you, not for you. We provide alternative treatment options and therapies including nutraceuticals. We work closely with other members of your health care team to form a collaborative approach to your treatment. We can provide referrals to therapists, nutrition experts, crisis services, and more. Jennie’s philosophy is patient centered and her approach: 1- Promotes positive and effective psychiatric mental health care 2- Access to services, support, and mental health care 3- Encourages the removal of stigma related to mental health care for everyone she encounters Jennie works as a partner with all patients or caregivers to manage the mental health concerns. She will work with each individual to create a treatment plan which will address the symptoms while minimizing possible adverse events with options. All options in your treatment plan will be discussed to make informed decisions about your own care.
