My name is Sima and i am a Masters Prepared Nurse Practitioner that specialized in Psychiatry and Mental Health. Dr. Seif is a board certified psychiatrist with a subspecialty in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and integrative mental health. As an integrative psychiatrist, she looks with her patients and looks at the roots of their problems. Instead of addressing the illness itself only, Dr. Seif’s approach is proactive. Her goal is to find the deep cause of the current mental state of her patients, to better understand their thought process and to prevent future illness and setbacks. Dr. Seif’s journey, her education, and her passion for helping others have led her to develop a patient-centered outlook in her line of work.

Brittany Watson is a licensed and dual board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in family medicine and psychiatric mental health. Her training in both specialties allows her to understand the critical link between physical and mental well-being across the lifespan. She has a strong belief in holistic care utilizing a variety of treatment modalities including psychotropic medications, in addition to evidence based complementary and alternative treatments. She believes in a collaborative approach with her client's in reaching their goals. She is a San Diego native and enjoys playing sports, traveling and beach days.

Ehab Yacoub, M.D. is a psychiatrist who specializes in ADHD, Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Mood Disorder, Psychosis, Autism, Intellectual disability, and Certified Addiction Specialist (Certified by AAAP for Opiod Dependence Treatment). He also conducts evaluations for weight loss surgeries. Dr. Yacoub had his fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at USC. Dr.Yacoub has practiced in regional centers as well as private practices in Los Angeles, Northridge and Gardena offices.

Dr. Elena Estrada is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist seeing patients up to age 18 who are the dependents of active duty or retired military parents. Multiple child psychiatry providers are open to new patients at our clinic located at Naval Medical Center San Diego.

We are going through a major mental health crisis. I specialize in depression, and anxiety, mood disorders, especially childhood trauma- the topic of my research at UPenn, eating disorders, autism,ADHD. I work well with schools, blended/ mixed families, and have a special interest in College Mental health, having worked at CAPS clinic at UPenn and the Depression Project at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I have a collaborative approach to patient care where parents and the patient are partners in treatment with the doctor. My approach is - start low and go slow on meds. Any meds I will not give my own kids, I wouldn't yours!

Kristin Lulich is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, providing care to children, adolescents, and adults. She received her MSN and DNP from the University of San Diego, and is an NEI Master Psychopharmacologist. Her experience has encompassed a variety of settings and specialties including inpatient, outpatient, crisis stabilization, consult-liaison psychiatry, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). She has a strong belief in holistic care and creates individualized treatment plans using combinations of pharmacotherapy and individual therapy as well as complimentary and alternative approaches.
