My approach combines medication management and therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on listening, collaboration, and shared decision-making. I’m especially passionate about supporting people transitioning from inpatient psychiatric care, helping them feel grounded and confident as they return to daily life.
I also enjoy working with diverse communities, including individuals with autism spectrum disorders, those navigating adoption or foster care, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Outside of work, I love traveling and exploring new cuisines—connecting with different cultures reminds me how unique and resilient people are everywhere.
