Hello there, I'm Dr. T. Do you feel stuck and trapped in yourself, unable to blend in? Are you wrestling to have friends at school or at work? Are you going through a life transition? Are you experiencing sleep, energy, appetite, work, school, and social functioning changes? Are you scared or concerned about hurting yourself or the people around you? I help the challenged- clients to cope with their stressors and to avoid mental disengagement. Together, we can work jointly to help resolve the mental imbalance. I'll address the psychological needs of both your mind and soul, using a whole self-approach. I will also introduce a merging body-mind meditation therapy such as (Yoga/Mindfulness).
