I just want to feel "normal" again. This is the mantra I hear almost everyday. For some, it comes naturally through diet, exercise, meditation, and other coping skills, and for others, it is all we can do to get out of bed and fake a smile. I am here to support you on each side of the journey because life can be unpredictable. For those of you that are struggling with irritability, anxiety, ruminating thoughts that keep you awake, worry that things won't get better, disorganization in tasks or thoughts, that is where I come in. I help build you back up with medication, coping skills, and a lot of listening so I can understand YOU.
I am skilled in medication management and making diagnoses. I offer ADHD testing, 2nd opinions, and extended visit times to allow us to cover everything that is on your mind in each appointment. I have too often heard the phrase "my provider never listened to me", and I make sure that I don't ever leave anyone feeling that way.
My office is a judgement-free, light-hearted zone where we achieve wellness together! We have a lot of tools including medications to use that can assist in your recovery journey.
