Hello! I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in the state of Massachusetts, with over 15 years of experience in healthcare and close to a decade focused specifically on mental health. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to participate actively in their treatment plan.
I’m honored to support individuals in their mental health journeys. I also believe that behavioral health is just as vital as physical health, and that true well-being comes from a balanced approach to both mind and body.
My clinical interests include PTSD, trauma, women’s health, as well as supporting healthcare workers and first responders. I also treat a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and schizophrenia.
My approach consists of psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing assessment. While I do not offer stand-alone psychotherapy, supportive therapy is integrated into visits, and I'm happy to support clients who wish to explore counseling as a powerful complement to their medication regimen.
