Hello, My name is Merit Nwosu, a Psychiatric Mental health NP with over 10 years of healthcare experience. In addition to medication management, I incorporate evidence-based psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with philosophy that goes beyond medication alone, I take a holistic approach to mental health that includes the thoughtful use of supplements, vitamins, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness.
