I offer expertise in medication management for mental illness. Initially, we complete a thorough evaluation by obtaining a comprehensive history toward discovering the problem in order to find the best treatment. I work closely with my patients treating the whole person to individualize treatment plans that meet one's needs. Treatment is person centered.

I practice active listening with empathy to place myself in others' positions to better understand and learn about one's problems and needs. Employing an open and non-judgmental attitude combined with a holistic approach, helps to build trust so that you may receive the best treatment toward improvement to optimize your quality of life, and thrive.
