I offer both psychiatric, i.e. medication management, as well as psychotherapy, i.e. talk therapy, services. I take a holistic approach, and view medication as an adjunct, not the only intervention, to get you to a healthy place so you can "show up" in the ways important to you.

I intentionally keep my practice small so I can be present for you. The relationship between the mental health provider and client is the most influential intervention impacting therapeutic success, and I practice with your best outcome in mind.
