I am a double board-certified psychiatrist in adult and adolescent psychiatry. I work with young adults and teens to help them overcome complex issues that might require therapy, medications, or both. My treatment philosophy is to use medications only after considering therapy or other environmental interventions. Treatment plans are also targeted for completion in the span of a few weeks, as opposed to years. Please message me on my website for more details: https://www.thecubepsych.com/contact/.
Telepsych options are available. My goal is to help young people while they discover their identity, what they want for their future, and how to come closer to achieving their goals.
Many patients try multiple providers before finding one that works. I encourage anyone looking for help to weigh all of their options. In my practice I am the therapist and prescriber for patient convenience and efficiency of treatment. I look forward to hearing from you if you feel The C.U.B.E. has a treatment philosophy that will be helpful for you.
