Welcome! I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to supporting adolescents and adults ages 13 and up on their path to mental wellness. I currently see patients at Counseling For Life’s Fant location in Anderson, SC, offering both in-person and telehealth visits. I believe the most effective psychiatric care is collaborative, compassionate, integrative, and thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s unique needs, and this is what I strive to provide to all of my patients.
My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where you feel truly heard, safe, and empowered. While medication may be part of your care, I also aim to incorporate supportive therapy, mindfulness-informed strategies, psychoeducation, and lifestyle coaching to help promote meaningful, lasting change.
I support individuals navigating a broad range of concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and life transitions.
