Prior to becoming a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I worked as an ICU nurse in a Level One Trauma Center where I learned the significance of the mind/body connection and the value of holistic, patient centered care. I understand the importance of addressing mental health concerns in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
I believe optimal mental health is the basis for total wellness and can be achieved using therapeutic methods and medications when necessary.
I offer treatment options for a variety of issues including, but not limited to: Depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use and ADHD.
