Greetings! I am Dr. Theresa Towle, a dual-certified family & psychiatric mental-health nurse practitioner with decades of experience in providing holistic care. I specialize in helping individuals heal, process trauma, build resilience, and find balance when feeling emotionally overwhelmed or anxious. My approach incorporates evidence-based techniques to treat both mind and body, focusing on the significant role of the gut-brain axis in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, attention issues, weight loss, and a myriad of other health concerns.
I am a proud graduate of several esteemed institutions, including Rush University College of Nursing, University of St. Francis, St. Xavier University, University of Chicago, and Indiana University.
