Greetings! My name is Dr. Theresa Towle. I have decades of experience providing holistic care to help heal hurt, process trauma, build resilience, and find balance. As a dual-certified family & psychiatric mental-health nurse practitioner, I use evidence-based techniques to treat mind and body, including addressing the role of the gut-brain axis in anxiety, depression, trauma, attention issues, weight loss and a host of other issues. I am a graduate of Rush University College of Nursing (DNP), University of St. Francis (PMHNP), St. Xavier University (MSN-FNP), University of Chicago (Clinical Trials Management) and Indiana University (BSN). In addition to clinical practice, I am an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago.
