I work closely with patients to identify what is actually going on and develop a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan. Common diagnoses in my practice include ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, mood and personality disorders, substance use, and addiction. I see individuals across California by telehealth - including high performers in demanding careers whose work amplifies these struggles. I am triple board certified: adult, child and adolescent, and addiction medicine. I also work with traders and others whose decisions carry financial risk, through Psychiatrade, my free educational project.
Treatment is collaborative and may include medication management and targeted therapy - medication when it is the right addition to treatment, never as a reflex. A particular focus of mine is performance psychiatry: protecting judgment, sleep, and well-being under pressure. I offer thorough 60-minute initial evaluations and unhurried follow-ups.
