Our Team
Dr. Weinstock graduated from Tulane Medical School in New Orleans. He then went on to complete his residency training in psychiatry at Tulane University Medical Center. Dr. Weinstock is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has been in full-time clinical practice since 2005.He has been appointed an Affiliate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of South Florida Medical School, Psychiatry Department.

Katie is a National Board-Certified Physician Assistant who's been practicing Psychiatry in Tampa, FL since 2016. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science in 2009 and a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2010 after completing the five-year accelerated program from Marywood University. Katie obtained her psychiatric certificate of added qualifications through the NCCPA in October of 2022. Katie has over 17 years of psychiatric experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Katie currently practices at The Florida Psychiatric Center.
Katie is a National Board-Certified Physician Assistant who's been practicing Psychiatry in Tampa, FL since 2016. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science in 2009 and a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2010 after completing the five-year accelerated program from Marywood University. Heather Homrighouse is a board-certified Physician Associate specializing in Psychiatry. She is dedicated to providing compassionate and patient-centered psychiatric care. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and completed her Masters of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant studies at Nova Southeastern University in Jacksonville. Heather has a strong passion for psychiatry, and her clinical interests include the treatment and management of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

She holds a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Florida and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Florida. Upon graduating, Morgan completed an accelerated internship in psychiatry at The Florida Psychiatric Center alongside Dr. Weinstock, gaining intensive, hands-on experience in the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I have 9 years of experience in mental health in a variety of settings. I have extensive experience working with patients across the lifespan and a variety of gender identities and backgrounds. I have treated a range of mental health disorders including but not limited to: schizophrenia, PTSD, bipolar, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, personality disorders, and behavioral developmental disorders.

She offers a broad range of knowledge pertaining to Medication Management while also being TMS Certified which offers patients additional treatment options outside of medication.

She specializes in diagnosing and treating a broad range of Mental Health disorders. Her extensive experience practicing and teaching students at local colleges provides our patients the most up to date treatment options from a well respected provider.
