I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports the whole person—mind and body. My approach is patient-centered, with a focus on treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health conditions in a safe, supportive environment. My approach to providing mental healthcare is integrative, compassionate, and patient-centered. I typically work with adolescents and adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and mood disorders such as bipolar disorder. I’m also experienced in treating individuals with ADHD, stress-related conditions, and co-occurring mental and physical health concerns.
