I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who strives to meet every individual's unique physical and mental health, and wellness needs no matter what situation life brings to them. It is always a challenge for clients going through a divorce, losing a relative or job, having a terminal illness, adjusting to a new school or location, retiring, and taking care of elderly –ill parents.
As a Practitioner, I consider it a privilege to provide services to clients looking to gain insight into their life and work on improving their quality of life. As a practitioner, I have learned to utilize a client-centered approach with shared decision-making to formulate individualized treatment goals better & optimize treatment adherence.
My greatest motivation is helping clients achieve better outcomes in a centered and integrated approach. I offer services to clients from age 18 years to across the lifespan with ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, and Depression.
