Through my own health journey & professional experience, I’ve witnessed significant gaps in the conventional healthcare model, changing the way I provide mental healthcare. The mind & body are interconnected & I believe in seeing the whole-person, not just the symptoms. It is my passion to educate, empower, and support women & adolescents (ages 10 and up) in their journey to optimal mental wellness.

By having a walk-in clinic available, we are here when you most need us! To achieve this we incorporate both physician and nurse practitioners in our practice who are Board Certified Psychiatrically specialized providers who essentially can provide medications and psychotherapy.
