Hi! I am so happy you are here! I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I take a Functional + Integrative + Holistic + Evidence-Based approach to Mental Wellness. Through my own health journey & professional experience, I’ve witnessed significant gaps in the conventional healthcare model, changing the way I provide mental healthcare. The mind & body are interconnected & I believe in seeing the whole-person, not just the symptoms. It is my passion to educate, empower, and support women & adolescents (ages 10 and up) in their journey to optimal mental wellness.

WALK IN CLINIC: One of our regions biggest issues with mental health is the absence of a psychiatrist when a patient decides to see one. No more 1-2 month waits for appointments. By having a walk-in clinic available, we are here when you most need us! MISSION STATEMENT : To provide professional and compassionate evaluation and continuing care to adults, children and families with psychiatric issues in a confidential and caring environment. To achieve this we incorporate both physician and nurse practitioners in our practice who are Board Certified Psychiatrically specialized providers who essentially can provide medications and psychotherapy.

Life is challenging even in the best circumstances, so when life presents with an unexpected event this can cause physical & mental pain. Men at some point struggle with if they are good disciplinarians, have they been a good provider & husband, & if they are really experiencing a midlife crisis. Women often have similar experiences of life as wives, mothers, nurturers, & as professionals attempting to break through gender inequalities. I will assist in building healthy, positive coping skills & combating symptoms through supportive therapy& prescribing medications based on a personalized approach and not a one size fit all concept.
