A persons mental and emotional well-being is my core focus. I help my clients explore all contributing factors affecting mental and emotional health. Medication management is about guiding my client on a journey to lasting mental and emotional health. For decades, psychiatric providers have depended on a “guess-and-check” approach when prescribing medication for psychiatric disorders. However, i utilize resources like lab work, gene sight , therapies , and psychiatric testing along with a comprehensive intake to find the most therapeutic medication.
My style is warm, encouraging, and empowering collaborating with clients while tailoring my approach to each person’s unique needs. Together we will develop a comprehensive treatment plan that may involve medications psychotherapy or both. I firmly believe that while difficult circumstances present a challenge, it is never too late to choose to move forward
I work closely with clients who are struggling with most psychiatric disorders like ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, etc. As well I focus on the whole person taking in their medical and social history as well as their current symptoms. I see medication management as a partnership working closely together for an agreed upon treatment plan.
