I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatric medication management. I have experience treating a wide range of mental health issues in both adult women and men. While I believe that medication is highly beneficial in many cases, I also believe that the best approach to treatment includes a combination of lifestyle modifications, therapy, and social support and am passionate about helping my clients achieve healing, wellness, and balance in their lives.
