As a physician-scientist trained at Yale & Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Manhattan, I specialize in PTSD, depression/anxiety and ADHD. I've been privileged to provide aid and therapeutic interventions to diverse PTSD populations in the tri-state area, including 9/11 first responders and veterans. Additionally, my scientific contributions in the field shine through published scientific articles on trauma's influence on health & aging. I am also a national voice on stress & trauma's repercussions in underrepresented communities.
I utilize a trauma-informed approach, prioritizing evidence-based care for those with PTSD, depression/anxiety, or ADHD. I provide therapy that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive processing therapy. I also offer medication maintenance/management and consultations for select interventions such as ketamine/spravato.
Depression, anxiety, and PTSD can be debilitating to adults who suffer from them, and medication on it's own is not enough to help manage the trials and tribulations we all encounter on a daily basis.
